Man Charged in Court for Breaching COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020

          A 38- year-old male Singapore Resident, Soh Seng Chye Francis, was butted in court on 8 May 2020 for an offense under Area 34( 7) of the COVID-19 (Short-term Procedures) Act 2020, after presumably refuting Guideline 6 of the COVID-19 (Short-term Procedures) (Control Order) Laws 2020, which bans celebrations throughout the breaker duration.
