I have taken this product several times for skin problems. The first time for eczema on my hands. Cured! Most recently I was suffering horribly with dry, itchy skin following radiation treatments. After taking 1 and a half bottles of this product along with organic flax seed oil, my skin was back to it's old self! Terri

I have had fine and somewhat thin hair since I started having babies. A dermatologiest recommended these vitamins. I have really noticed a difference. In fact, once I ran out and started taking a different "Healthy Hair and Skin" vitamin. In two months, I noticed my hair was much less healthy and thick.
