I've had chronic sinus problems for years, and whenever I get a cold, absolutely NOTHING works. I've got a very nasty cold right now and I was desperate for relief -- I saw this at the grocery store and decided to give it a try.
Best ten bucks I've ever spent in my life. It sounds nasty and looks really weird (my family was totally grossed out), but this squirt bottle and saline solution has done what every decongestant on the market has failed to do - I'M BREATHING!!!!

I like this product more than the Neti Pot since it gives you oressure to help relieve blocked nasal passages.

The plastic is thin and more of the solution leaks out the side than the opening at the end and does not create enough pressure because of the soft , cheap , thin plastic used. I through away after two uses and the salt packets are not lined or waterproof like NeilMed packets are it was a waste the NeilMed NasaFlo or Sinus Rinse 100 % better.

Great item and much easier to use than the pot. My sinus headaches usually clear up immediately after using this, but one caution- don't use more than once per week as it will really dry out your sinuses.

Only had this about a month, it is very easy to use especially with the ready made packets for the rinse mix.
I used every day for the first two weeks and then stopped using it for a week, I didn't see any great difference as far as sinus drainage etc.
I didn't especially like the after taste of the packet mix so I intend to mix my own and see if it is any better.
The jury is still out as far as the claims for the product, if nothing else it will keep your nose clean.
