I have been a neti pot user for over a year. For the first year I used the Neilmed's "pediatric" packets I ended up with. I don't know why, but they did not work as well as these work. It could have been me for all I know. This time I read the booklet that came with the product from cover to cover and learned a lot about how to use the product and what results to expect. I have been off my prescription allergy medications (oral and nasal) for almost a month now. In their place, I use the Neilmed's saline packets with my neti pot every morning (and some evenings), and only once in all that time have I needed to take an OTC allergy pill. I prefer the natural, holistic approach to medical issues anyway, and this is working for me with my allergies and sinuses. I have not had a sinus headache in all that time either. I read a lot of the reviews of this product before I bought it, and am now adding my five-star rating to the others! From one who has SUFFERED from year round allergy and sinus problems for the past three years, this last month has been nothing short of miraculous.

I have COPD this product has been a real plus for me in reducing the number of lung infections>thus hospital visits I have had this year-1 verus usual 4. Individual packettes seem not very cost effective--they could cut out the individual packettes and pass the savings along to consumers.
Great Saline For Nasal Irrigation December 6, 2008
I have tried several kinds of saline kits, but this one leaves my nose feeling best. I like it and will buy it as long as Amazon keeps it in stock.
