Amazon.com Product Description Timex gives its signature Ironman Triathlon multi-function, performance sport watch a sleek new look that's a great fit for both men and women. Featuring a full complement of athletic timing features and a striking profile, the Timex Triathlon Sleek T5B721 has a metallic silver resin case that's complemented by a uniquely styled, slim profile periwinkle resin strap. It features three alarms that can be set for daily/weekday/weekend/weekly alarms, two time zones, an all-day white reflector display for easy reading even in direct sunlight, and water resistance to 100 meters. Sport timing functions include: - 100-hour chronograph with lap/split
- On-the-fly recall of lap or split
- Training log stores workouts by date, with best lap, average lap, and total segment time
- Total run format/synchro timer maintains total activity time (less time paused during workout) and overall running time
- Automatic interval repetition counter
- Forward or backward setting
- Built-in setting reminders
- Top pusher for easy access to lap and split
The Indiglo night-light uniformly lights the surface of the watch dial using patented blue electroluminescent lighting technology. It uses less battery power than most other watch illumination systems, enabling your watch battery to last longer. The Night Mode feature allows you to illuminate the Indiglo night-light for 3 seconds with any button press, regardless of the mode or function.

I don't recommend this watch. December 29, 2008 I have nothing against the functionality of this watch--I'm a soccer referee, and I have no qualms about trusting it to time the games. But it fell apart. The swooshy-looking part of the frame around the watch face has popped off--I can pop it sort of back on, but if I bend my wrist it pops off again. It still stays on my wrist, and I still have it and wear it occasionally because I don't often need a watch, but I'm getting a new one. If you want a cheap, working sport watch and don't care how it looks, this one is acceptable. Otherwise, I'd say give it a miss.
Watch December 14, 2008 Arrived as described, on time - not yet opened as it is a Christmas present.
Looks and Works Great, Doesn't Last Long November 25, 2008 This is the third one of these watches I have owned in the past year and a half. It looks great, works great, but my previous 2 have both had the watch band come detached from the timekeeping piece. I wish they would hold together longer. The watch still worked perfectly when the band failed. Mine underwent harsh conditions in Central America and were often wet and always in hot humid conditions. Maybe that contributed to the failure.
Falling apart! October 15, 2008 I have worn many of these watches, and I bought this one for my daughter. After minimal wear, and not even for sports, it's already falling apart. Frustrating!
Pretty good October 1, 2008 I've been using this watch for about a month now and it has done a good job till now. The one functionality that I find difficult to control is 'stopping'! When I try to stop it, it usually thinks I'm trying to pause and continues timing me. Perhaps I just need to read the instructions a bit more, but this is one thing that you would expect to be intuitive.
