This product has way more BCAA than the standard gold whey, even thought they are both great products, if you weigh more u need to intake more protein this is why I choose this over the gold standard, and the fact it has more imperative BCAA's. I will be trying the recover 2:1:1 next.

First time I tried this, I was really skeptical, but I was positively surprised. The flavor of rocky road pro-complex is absolutely incredible in my opinion. It tasted chocolately but with a really NICE aftertaste. As for the ingredients, it includes egg protein, which makes this protein have a slightly better amino acid profile than regular whey, although in my opinion, the difference is quite minimal. The downside is that this costs much more money than regular 100% whey.

Still, if you feel like you want to try something new, and hopefully something that tastes better than your regular whey, I would actually recommend that you give this a shot.

This protein & Elite Complex(cheaper version) are the very Best, i'ved tried other brands such as brands such as BSN's syntha 6 ON's 100%whey CYTO sport Muscle Milk and some other ones that I rather not mention. For me PRO COMPLEX or ELITE COMPLEX will do.

Sure this product has great nutritional benefits, but do choose on taste too. I'm sure the chocolate flavor is delicious as almost all chocolate flavors are. However, I purchased the strawberry in hopes of making great tasting strawberry lemonade smoothies. Let me tell you that NOTHING, and i mean NOTHING can kill the HORRIBLE taste of the strawberry flavor... I do recommend buying this but do not even try the strawberry flavor on a full stomach because it will not be full for long...
