 Pycnogenol A good Choice November 10, 2008
Dear Fellow Readers,
I first heard about this product from Dr. Rosenfeld, M.D., professor of Clinical Medicine at Wild Cornell University in N.Y. He said the reports were good as an antioxidant and an anti arthritis product, especially for the knee. Today on the Fox News program that he is on at 7:30 A.M., PST, he said it was also good for jet lag according to the British studies.
My own experience as I continue to take this product at 200 mg per day is that it is really helping to alleavate the pain in my knee due to the lack of a minicus due to surgery.
I recommend the product if you have knee problems due to arthritis.

I am in my 30's and have always been very hot natured. This has helped me a alot. With faithful daily doses, I have been able to tolerate the hot summer.

I really feel re-juvenated with this product. So far I have been free from
cold attacks for 2 winters with out takeing the flu shots. That is a miracle, because I usually come down with at least 2 bouts of cold per season. I really have not been doing anything different in diet or any other medication. Anyways, that is my layman's opinion, take it for what it is worth.
