I use these particular dumbbells about 3-4 times a week. They're sturdy and easy to grip and are a great addition to our home gym.

duh, you have to order two of these and I only ordered one. I wish they came in sets of two cause I had to go back and order another one and pay shipping all over again.

I ordered 10 lb. weights as a gift. They arrived with slits on each end of the dumbbells. I have called (message stating they are not receiving calls) and sent e-mails and the company has not responded.

I keep a pair of the 5 lb ones next to the cozy chair for television watching so I will do some arm exercises while watching the evening news. If you keep them where you'll see them regularly you are more likely to use them.
