I've been taking Relacore for two years now, once a day, on a daily basis, and I can honestly say it has changed my outlook on life. It's trimmed 4 inches off my waistline, changed my overall mood, and helps me deal with stress much better. It's a great product and Amazon sells it at a great price.

While it's not that great on the belly fat, it is AWESOME on pre-menopausal symptoms. I don't break out anymore, I don't have the mood swings. This works better for me than progestrone cream. No hot flashes. Even temperment. I don't take it as prescribed for the belly fat loss, but I must say I do love this product.

I had high hopes for this product. I took only one of these pills and became so drowsy that I could not stay awake. I was willing to try taking it only around bedtime to compensate for this, but then realized that this product is NOT INTENDED FOR PEOPLE UNDER 40. It did not state this on the Amazon site. Since I am well under 40, I will be returning the Relacore.

I have a condition called PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome). The gist of the condition is that it is caused by stress which can cause all kinds of adverse effects. One is difficulty losing weight...you actually gain weight with the condition...especially around the middle. I tried Relacore, along with exercise and a diet, and it helped me tremendously. It reduced my bell fat as well as gives me energy, which is not easy, AND it improves my mood. This is the first diet pill that has EVER done all that it said it would do. I will continue use it and I have recommended to a friend.

Try something else. This is an absolute waste of money.
