this stuff helps if you train hard. its great if you can get it online for half price, however, i do not think it is worth the gnc price of $67.99.

I experimented with this for a few months. I would take this just before my early morning workout and it would get me going from zero to 200 in just a few minutes. The only knock I have on it is that it is too expensive. Apparently, you can make something similar by buying the ingredients at a fraction of the cost.
