 Taste's Great but check the label January 7, 2009
Trans fats, Sodium Caseinate. Sucralose (Splenda) or Chlorinated Sugar, I loved it till I became aware of the ingredients. Go natural Hemp or Flaxseed and just swallow it down your drinking this stuff to improve health and appearance. Forget taste
 Most delicious protein drink I ever had! January 1, 2009
This stuff really does taste like milkshake. I was spoiled by Optimum Nutrition for over four years but decided to give this a shot since I heard so many good things about it. I don't think I will ever go back to ON. This is absolutely delicious and mixes very well in water and milk. One thing I would caution, however, is to realize the scoop is much larger than most other whey protein scoops like Optimum Nutrition. What I normally do is take the scoop from my old tub and use it with my new tub since the new scoop is usually deep in the tub from shipment. Halfway through this tub I found the new scoop and was shocked. Guess I was only getting like 15 grams of protein postworkout LOL
tastes great, all day energy December 16, 2008
I switched to Syntha after Russian Bear 5000 changed their formula recently. I am looking for a protein shake that gives all day energy without leaving me hungry mid-day.
The great thing about Syntha, besides the taste, is the protein used does not give gas like whey products. One shake in the morning and I can perform physical labor all day without becoming hungry. I skip lunch everyday and just work until dinnertime. This product fits the bill, great taste, no gas, plenty of all day energy. Five stars.
Best tasting protein powder, period November 9, 2008
I have tried many different brands of protein powders, and Syntha-6 is by far the best tasting. This is a great price with the free shipping. Keep in mind that you get less protein for your $$$ since it is expensive, but it is still well worth it.
