I've been taking these for a month and a half. I have not lost any weight. I can't even tell when I take them. I don't get thirsty, headaches, or more energy. I get nothing. I only had about 10 pounds to lose, so maybe that is a problem. I got two months worth and I will finish taking them just to be sure.

I was so surprised to find this product really does work. One pill in the morning and my desire for food was seriously deminished. I found that I felt full very quickly while eating. Pay attention to what your body is telling you, and the amount you eat is much less.
A little help like cutting out sweets, regular butter and the sodas will go along way in helping speed things up.

Ive been taking these for a little over 2 weeks. My scale shows that I have lost almost 20 pounds. Either its a giant liar, or these do work. I do notice I get full a lot faster, and dont eat as much.

I ordered this in April 21st and I started out weighting 189lbs, and I am down to 167lbs. I love that you only take 1 pill a day, and I did some dry mouth in the 1st month, but that has subsided. And no other side effects this product is wonderful. This is the first time I have really lost weight on a product, its does decrease your appetite. Also, I haven't exercised, I should but the weight is still coming off.
