I'll let you all know after my cholesterol results come in. My friend said that I would have increased strength. I didn't believe him but it does seem to be true. I am listing considerably healthier weights for a guy of 55 I thought I had reached my peak. I am taking other cholesterol medicines but I should be able to see if the good cholesterol numbers go up. If they do, I will scale back on some of my meds. and continue with this. Time will tell.
