Found I am highly allergic to PoisonIvy. Also allergic to steroids Drs want to use to treat. What to do? After battling six different episodes, I have discovered what works and what doesn't - for me at least. And TECHNU WORKS. The Scrubb is great to use as soon as you get inside. And the Lotion works on most clothes and tools - though you may have to treat twice. And this spray is very calming. It works best in the beginning stage of poison ivy I have found and I do believe this product line helped the poison ivy heal faster.

fortunately I haven't had to use this for poison ivy, but I have used it on some mosquito bites and it provided instant relief.

The product I would give five stars! A little skeptical that this spray would manage to do what it claims... but it does work like a charm. The relief from itching is near instant when applied. After a few applications, the rash started to fade.
The packaging gets three stars (booo) one roll off the counter and it cracked open leaving a rather expensive puddle on the floor. Maybe because it uses a sprayer the folks at Tecnu figured they could use a thin bottle? - bad idea.
If you are going to stash this in your backpack, I'd highly recommend finding a thicker Nalgene travel bottle to put it in.

This worked really well for my wife and gave her real, lasting relief from poison ivy that had been driving her crazy for a week. She was able to sleep for the first time without Benadryl. After 12 hours of using the spray, the rash was finally going away and we noticed definite improvement. While pricey, the relief it gives is worth it.
