Accept no substitutes and no water-down versions. The 100% full strength Oil of Olbas is wonderful for a variety of ailments. It is made under license from a Swiss firm and contains wonderful essential oils.
The peppermint, eucalyptus, juniper, etc. are all good for the skin. They also will soothe nerve endings and so make a great headache reliever or muscle rub. The oil can be sniffed as an inhaler when you are congested.
The finger-sized bottle goes a long way. Don't get knock-offs or other, watered-down Olbas products. This is the touchstone. Well-worth the price.
