I received my order of replacement earpads as promised, but to my great surprise, Maxi Aids (the real seller here) tacked on a hefty shipping & handling fee. When I placed the order with amazon, there was no mention of this - not until after the order was placed and unchangeable. This is a huge rip-off to pay more for s&h than the product itself.
