These earplugs can be used for many things, but we use them for protection while skeet shooting and they are the best we have had. They are soft enough to conform to your ear, but can be adjusted to fit as tightly as you like. We keep extras on hand!

Had I needed these for something other than sleeping, they may have worked. For the most part, it is impossible to keep them in, plus they are rather uncomfortable, go for the standard soft squishy kind.

I bought these with the rocket ones and they are sooo much better than the foam ones i was using. Im an insomniac and get migraines. Its hard for me to take a nap when I need to if I hear my kids or outside noises but with these I manage to fall alseep very fast. When I do get a migraine I can go to my room and put them in (along with a night mask) and it helps quite a bit. Very easy to wash too!
