Work gret November 22, 2008 As advertised, these push-up bars work great. They are light weight but can hold my weight easily (185 pounds) and are small so they are easy to store.
Good Push Up Bars October 30, 2008 They work for me, however, you might want to add more padding to the cushion parts. If you do a lot of reps then your palms will began to feel the burn. Cheap, lightweight, and and effective! Enjoy!
Falls short of expectations. . . October 9, 2008 1 out of 2 found this comment useful.
Not the bargain it's cracked up to be. I'm using them, and they'll suffice for now, but I really wish I would have coughed up for the Beachbody Power Stands. These push up bars are small, the incline is very subtle and unfortunately they are not very stable. If your hand/wrists waver slightly, they flip over which is very dangerous and painful. When you're really working hard at a push up, you need more stability than these provide.
Decent, but room for improvement August 13, 2008 1 out of 1 found this comment useful.
Good for average, everyday regular pushups. Not so good if you are trying more advanced movements or styles. My main complaint is the foam grips on the top will start slipping during mid-movement of the pushups which can cause problems. Also, the rubber stoppers on the bottom for stability fall out easily, if you lose them these will slip and slide all over the place. At that point I would rather recommend the old school palms down style over the Harbinger's anyday. I recommend the "Perfect Pushup" rotating brand over these anyday, spend the little extra money for a better quality pair.
Works as adverstised May 4, 2008 This is the best pushup stand I've used. I'm in the Army and have used many before. Hard to beat the price tag too.
