Good thermometer. But i dont understand one thing, if it is accurate to 1/10th of a degree then why does it show upto 1/100th of a degree. otherwise it is a good thermometer.

This Basal gives you pinpoint accuracy to your body's temperature. It works well, but takes a long time to complete it's cycle. I believe the literature says it takes about two minutes, but it may be as much as four (it varies from day to day). I have used some Basils that report (with a beep every few seconds) that it is still working. This one gives you no indication that it is still working until it is done. -Sometimes fall asleep to be woken up by the 'finished' beep.

I would buy it again, but wish it had some reporting beep to keep you awake or let you know it was still working.

no complaints, good thermometer, beeps nice and loud which can be useful if you nod off ! Would buy again.
