I bought this item after reviewing several similar items on amazon.com and thought this looked like the best choice. I have worn it a total of 6 times so far and have to say that it does what it is designed to do - hold the shoulders back in an effort to "retrain" posture. However, it is not comfortable at all. While the foam adds some padding, the velcro on the straps is really annoying and tends to cut in under the arms. I suppose that is the nature of any product that is like this, so buyer should consider that. Main complaint is the lack of proper fit instructions. If adjusting or wearing the item a certain way would improve its comfort, they sure don't tell you anywhere. It would be helpful to include that. Overall, though, I cannot complain. I needed something to help me stop slouching and this works without breaking the bank.

All in all this is a pretty good deal for the price. The side straps aren't very comfortable at first, but after some wear and practice it works pretty well. One of the best things about this aid is that it's very light weight and doesn't bulge out from under a shirt.

It works. It's a simple and effective means of pulling your shoulders back. It is not something that you camfortably wear beneath clothing.

Very simple and effective design. My posture started improving right away. Now I wear is a couple of hours a day on weekends and my posture has improved while not wearing the product. It is comfortable and easy to adjust. You can hide it well under shirts. Great job!
