I was worried about the other people who said it was too big, but it is the perfect size for me...though i'm 6'3 and have a larger office chair (with horrible lower back support).
There's no way this would work on el-cheapo office chairs from wal mart. I also agree that it's probably too big (depth-wise) to work well in a car seat.

I love this cushion. I am larger than the average bear and this is wonderful - it is simple and I use it in theaters, on my sofa and with my sitting pillow in bed. It is lightweight and I've used mine for a couple of years and I'm going to order another one.

This pillow has perfectly good construction and design but its size makes it unusable in a standard office chair or car seat (even in an SUV).

I was looking for a simple small lumbar support to use in my car, an 06 Rav4. It will do the job but it is a little bigger than I hoped. Border case for use in a car I would say.

I looked a many other back support pads.
Some were too big, and others were just complicated.
The Obus Forme Side to Side is perfect.
It is very light weight and small, therefore, very portable.
I use it in the car and take it with me to the office.
The strap on the back fits well around any chair back,
although, I have found I don't need to use it because it stays put.
