restricts mobility. though it has improved my posture. not something to would wear out of the house but good if you are sitting down to watch tv or something where you arent having to reach too much
Helps with posture but a bit awkward May 2, 2008
I bought this to help keep my shoulder back after I had dislocated a collarbone. It does the job fairly well but digs into your shoulders a bit. All in all, it will accomplish what you're looking for well but expect a mild discomfort.

My posture is horrible. However, this particular posture brace comfortably pulls back my shoulders, and allows me to have proper posture. It is almost invisible under an assortment of clothing, including well-fitting shirts. Well worth the small investment to stand up straight, and do so comfortably! Zero criticisms.

Too coarse.
It hurts when you wear it.

A litle expensive for the quality of this product. But, it came very quickly with no hassle.
