Great pull up bar for reasonable price. Attaches easily to joist in basement for great upper body workout.

Bar is sturdy and the included hardware made for easy installation into a joist beam in my garage. Only minor issue is that the grip surface is a little slick when you begin to sweat, so might need to use resin or wear some gloves for a better grip.

This product shipped fast and I got it in just a few days. It was easy to install and seems very solid. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone.

Its a god bar, the only drawback was that the bolts provided were only long enough to go through one joist. My garage has enginered trusses, so the bottom cord is only a two by four and I decided to double it up with a two by six. and needed to go to the store and get longer bolts. It would have been good to have a second set of longer bolts included. Once the bar is mounted, its strong and has good grip. No complants

I was looking for a solid steel industrial type pull up bar. I also needed one that allowed for wide and close grip pull/chin ups. This is very sturdy and well worth the price. It was exactly what I was looking for.
