Great for more than first aid December 1, 2008
I found this product by browsing the journals of Peace Corps volunteers in Africa because I will be headed out there in a few months myself as one of them. I saw it mentioned in one journal and this stuff can do a lot. It can sanitize wounds, get rid of acne, cure dandruff, and kill germs just about anywhere else you like just don't drink the stuff or go overboard when using on your skin (it is a poison) so rinse off areas like table tops cleaned with it. A little goes a long way one only need add a tablespoon (15 ml) to every 300 ml of water (never use the concentrated form by itself). Cheap topical antiseptic, good buy!

I grew up on this stuff, it is awesome! It cleans cuts and scraps without any pain or burning. I have even used it on my dog when he scraped his leg. I didn't know you could purchase it here, I usually place orders with family members,now I will order it here!!

After weeks of rain and severe flooding in Iowa, the gnats were horrible!! I read about this product for keeping them away and I must say---NOTHING worked better that Dettol. I tried every remedy suggested and nothing worked until the Dettrol arrived in the mail-3 days after ordering. Great service and product

I just love this stuff I have problem acne and I have tried everything from doctor prescribed to proactive solution and nothing worked nothing...
One day my mom had some of this stuff under the sink and she thought she would try it on my face mixed with a little bit of water like it says and it felt great my face was clean and you could tell it was really working hard on all the acne on my face and even acne that I couldn't see. Anyway my skin is much better now I only get one pimple here and there and I will never stop using it and I have been using it for about two years now.

Grew up on this product in England. My mother used it for everything requiring a disinfectant. Even safe in bath water. Safe around children and pets. Couldn't live without it.
