5 out of 5 stars walk fit orthotics   November 7, 2008
I have saved hundreds of dollars that might have gone to my orthopedist. The inserts have completely relieved crippling pain in my feet and ankles and given me relief in my back. I recommend them highly, and in fact have ordered more to give as Christmas presents.

4 out of 5 stars Great product, slimy company   November 1, 2008
My feet would much rather belong to a very tiny person, so I need arch support. I ordered the WalkFits and find them to be just fantastic underneath a nice neoprene Spenco insole, but the company is a real horror show. Communication is nonexistent, and for what they charge for shipping and handling I half expected them to arrive the next day in a wooden crate- nope, it took weeks, and they came in an envelope in the mail. What was the other $6 for, I'm wondering?

I'm very happy to see that I can get these at Target and CVS. I could use another pair or two but don't ever want to deal directly with the company again. There are too many legitimate, reasonable businesses out there.

3 out of 5 stars Fast Service   September 10, 2008
Takes a little time to get used to....After 1 month I can't say I've really noticed any reduction in my back discomfort after an extended walk.

Received product very quickly. Am pleased with them. I would buy more from this vendor.

5 out of 5 stars Give This Product a Chance and Be Patient!   August 18, 2008
2 out of 2 found this comment useful.

I have suffered from various foot problems for the past ten years. I have fallen arches, heel spurs, ankle pain, back pain and bunions. And, of course, a wide foot. I have probably spent a few thousand dollars in the last ten years on professional orthotics, better shoes, padding, exercisers, etc. Nothing helped me become pain free. Now let me say that when you are in daily pain, you will try anything after a certain point. So when I saw the Walk Fit commercial one day I took down the number and put it aside for future reference as I am skeptical about things I see advertised on TV. I waited long enough and lo and behold I saw them in a popular dept. store one day a couple months ago and decided that if I had already spent so much money on finding relief, what was twenty more dollars?

I bought the Walk Fits and came home and put them in my New Balance walking shoes. I nearly cried as it felt like I was walking on rocks. I couldn't believe these were legal! Then I took them out and decided to return them. But then the accompanying instruction sheet that comes with the Walk Fits fell out and I decided to read it. The instructions are very clear and there is nothing fraudulent about their presentation. They are very clear about the break in period and it is stressed that it is very important to follow the break in period as directed. One hour the first day, two the second, build up to five slowly AND you must remove your original shoe padding as the Walk Fits will replace them. So I decided I had nothing to lose. And at the time when I started using the Walk Fits during my break in period I was nearly in tears at the end of work day due to my back pain and my heel spur. I would literally be limping like an invalid to my car after eight hours on my feet. I persevered with the Walk Fits and after about a month, (yes, a month..be patient!) a friend noted that I was walking without limping and walking a bit faster, like I had more pep in my step. She was right and I had not even noticed the change because once my feet adapted to the Walk Fits, everything else fell into place. Today, a full two months later, my back pain has disappeared, I have resumed walking as exercise and I can stand pain free for my entire work day. My painful heel spur is heeling and it doesn't hurt hardly at all in the morning when I first get up. I can only attribute this to the Walk Fit Phase 4 orthotics. I am currently using the "medium" arch and plan to switch to the "high" arch soon as needed. Don't trash this product until you give it an honest try. There are many products advertised on TV that are indeed junk and not worth the money. Walk Fit is legit. I know, my feet have been causing me misery for years and now I am feeling alive again thanks to this product!
