My son swims at least 6 days a week, and I swim laps and also officiate swim meets. When I help with a swim meet, my shoes and socks get soggy and stay that way all day. We take this powder to meets. When we are at home, I have a shoe box into which I have poured some of the powder. We step into the box and wiggle our feet around. Voila! This stuff can cure major athlete's foot and then prevent its recurrence. I am so glad that amazon now carries it. Sometimes it's hard to find in the stores-and amazon's price is very competitive.
