Product Description
Cambion shoe inserts provide an instant answer to foot and leg fatigue, shin splints, calcaneal heel spurs, ankle pain, dropped arches and heel strike. They are also clinically proven to reduce the incidence of lower back pain. Cambion products are formulated to reproduce the shock attenuating properties of a second layer of human tissue. They are based on a visco-elastic polymer, which provides shock absorption, cushioning and support. The components are hard-wearing, with good moisture absorbent qualities for hygiene and comfort and are easily fitted or repositioned as required. They are anti-bacterial and will not bottom out with use. Cambion products will last up to one year with good care.

I purchased these heel lifts because I was having chronic shin splints. I was running 3-5 miles every day when the problem occured. These lifts provided enough of a shift in the way I plant to aleviate the problem, but there is one drawback. The heel lifts slide way too easily. I ended up putting them underneath another insole and that helped, but still didn't prevent the slippage. You almost have to glue them in which I was hesitant to do. If you are just wanting these to make you look taller then I'm sure they are fine, but for running they are a little bit of a challenge.

These little lifts WERE soft, flexible, clear AND sticky. Unfortunately they were just as likely to stick to your socks or feet and DID tend to move and stick to other places than where you wanted them. After they get used a bit they aren't quite as sticky and DO tend to stay put better. I had several weeks worth of walking with lifts at the insole or not quite at the end of the shoe, so rather uncomfortable at times.

The best shoe lift ever! they are made out of a silicone like substance so it flexes to fit any shoe! plus its a little bit sticky so it can stick to your shoe with no Velcro or glue (No mess!)! plus its clear so you can wear it with any shoe! plus unlike some other shoe lifts it does not break down! if you need heel lifts I highly recommend these ones!
