5 out of 5 stars Amazing solution!   November 23, 2008
My 11 year old son was complaining of great heel pain on and off for over a year. It would get worse, of course, during soccer season. We finally went to an orthopedist who diagnosed him w/Sever's Disease (common growth plate issue). He recommended not bothering to try any other heel pads except these Tuli's Heavy Duty Gel Cups! They are the best. Within one week, my son's pain was almost completely gone. He loves them! And..shipping was super fast.

I am a pediatrician and bought these for my 12-year old daughter who was having heel pain (Severs Disease) playing basketball. An orthopedist once recommended to me that I should only recommend "waffle" heel lifts. Since I bought these for her, she has not complained of any heel pain. The gel inserts sold in most drug stores slip in the shoe and are generally worthless.

My son suffers from Sever's Disease (which are basically growing pains in the feet) and these are incredible! He has had no discomfort in his feet this soccer season!
