Was hoping these would help, but did not note a difference. Maybe when my heel is less painful, they will be useful in my shoes.

these heal cups are bulky and don't fit right in your shoes. i don't feel they added anything for my heel pain

AS soon as I put the Tulis heel cups in my shoes and put them on, I had instant relief. They won't heal Plantar F. but you sure get great relief from it.

If you are looking for heel cushions where you can really feel a difference, these are the ones. It took a week or so to adjust to the way they feel in my shoe, since they raised my foot up a little bit. I'm not sure if they adjusted to me or I adjusted to them, but after a week or so, walking became more comfortable. Other heel pads or insoles I have used wear down very quickly, or are so flimsy they're like nothing. These really give your heels a comfortable cushion with just the right amount of support.
