Difficult to adjust and I could never quite get it right or comfortable so I gave up.

created more pain then it relieved. They are too big even when taking off top layers. Not helpful for flat feet.

I've been pleased with these supports. They are very substantial, and using all 3 layers creates a very supportive arch.
