I purchased these arch supports because my doctor wanted to make inserts for my shoes that would have cost me $500.00. Since I don't have a spare 500.00 I decided to check the web to see what was available. The design of this product attracted me to it, you can wear the support bare-foot or with shoes. They have worked reasonably well along with exercise to reduce the pain and discomfort in my arches. I would, and have, recommended them to others.
