Product Description
Spine Worx Back Support The Spine-Worx uses natural spine alignment to relieve back pain, tension and stress Spine-Worx gently guides misaligned vertebrae into their correct positions and holds them there, while tense muscles relax and stretch. Spine-Worx uses only your own body weight to control applied pressure. Spend just fifteen minutes on your back to relieve back pain and related symptoms. You can't overuse or over adjust since the back conforms to its normal and natural shape.

4 out of 5 stars A good spine stretch   September 2, 2008
Using this product does seem to stretch and release my spine. The design it seems to create a bit of traction when you're lying on it which elongates the spine. I like it

2 out of 5 stars painful   August 31, 2008

I'm sure this device helps others but it was just too awkward and painful for me to use

3 out of 5 stars Some relief, but not a replacement for a doctor   August 31, 2008
This has provided relief by supporting the spine to allow the back muscles to relax. It has been helpful to use this before a visit to the chiropractor to make adjustments easier. I have on occasion felt some clicks/pops when using this, but I do not consider this a substitute for seeing a doctor.

4 out of 5 stars I like it.   August 31, 2008
I like to lie on it with a pillow under my head. It relieves my sore lower back after I've been on it for 10-15 minutes. It is less helpful for the soreness between my shoulder blades, but overall to me it's worth having.

5 out of 5 stars AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH   August 28, 2008
Finally relief for my aching back without having to leave home! Easy to use and easy to store when you aren't using it. It has helped improve my posture too.
