The endurance formula is sweet but has a stint of bitterness.Perfect balance,it will not create reflux with its bitterness and its sweetness will not either.Great taste,effective.It is not a heavy sports drink.
Made for endurance,start loading lightly before your run then continue throughout and afterwards.Usually these types of drinks upset my stomach and thus create acid reflux,not this one.
Great product.Don't know why this product is nowhere to be found in Canada?Retailers are missing out on this one big time.

This stuff is great to keep you hydrated. The taste gets a little getting used to but it is worth every penny
