Pair a ZOIC nutrition drink (available on amazon) with a GNU bar for breakfast or lunch and be AMAZED at how your hunger is suppressed for hours and hours. Pairing 21 grams of protein in the drink and 12 grams of fiber in the bar can't be beat!

I love this Gnu chocolate brownie bar. Tastes great although a little "fibrous". Great for a snack between meals and provides an incredible amount of fiber in such a compact bar. I believe the $2 price per bar is justified by the quality ingredients, no preservatives, etc. Highly recommended.

Wow. I have the hardest time getting enough fiber while dieting, so I had pretty much given up. These things have 50% of your daily requirement of fiber, and only 140 calories. I have only had the Chocolate Brownie flavor -- it's a little earthy/crunchy, but if you can get past that, it's delicious, filling, and really satisfies my need for serious chocolate. So awesome. My husband loves them, too.
