My family loves this product. We warm them up before bedtime. The warmth and aromatherapy helps us to relax and fall asleep every night even in the summer time. If you are looking for this type of heat wrap, this product is the best one I have ever purchased. The cover can be washed!!! You will not regret purchasing this product. The neck wrap is great and the larger back/body wrap is even better.

I dont get it. I read the reviews and and was really looking foward to trying this. I have alot of trouble with stress-related headaches and neck soreness from tension and I really wanted to love this. It was..usless. I threw it away after the third attempt. The buckwheat does not heat evenly. The heat doesnt get held for more than a few minutes. The scent of lavender..well...it smells really off and I dont know why. I really was disapointed.

As I had hoped, it easily withstands 6 minutes in the microwave & retains a substantial amount of heat for an hour or 2. It was very accurately described in the ad & I am delighted I bought it.
