Help for joint inflamation September 23, 2008
I have used this product in the past and it can work wonders for arthritis pain or any inflamation or sore spots that would benefit from ice or menthol. These particular tubes that I got may have been old because the gel was not as potent as it should be. I looked for an expiration date on the label but could not find one. I recently used the last the small packets that were years old and they were still very potent. I would say to watch for the expiration dates or buy the small individual packets, which I may do next time.
