It's not the be-all and end-all of pain relief gels but it sure feels better to do something than nothing when you're hurting. I have patella fermeral pain in my knees and it takes the edge off for a few minutes.
Great Pain Reliever December 20, 2008
I would reccomend this product verses the store brands. I have MS and Firbromyalgia and this product realy helps with soreness. My Neurologist first gave me a sample and I have been using it since. Family memebers also use this and get the same result.
best temporary muscle relief available November 16, 2008
Biofreeze was recommended by my Doctor for temporary relief from muscle pain. Works like a champ! I use the 16 oz. pump bottle but its also available in travel sizes to get thru the airport screening.
Better then Store Bought Products November 2, 2008
This is so much better than Ben Gay and such.
I would recommend this to anyone who has sore muscles or joints it helps so much and at one point I was a non believer but it has become a permanent part of my bathroom supplies. It is a little more expensive than the store bought products but it is definitely worth it.

This product works wonders for me. I have bad knees, one was replaced, one waiting. After the surgery I needed strong pain meds. Using Biofreeze has helped with the pain in both legs.
