It is easy to set up and easy to adjust. The only thing is not low enough when I sit in my sofa (well, I am short)

This table works great. I did have to remove the wheels in order for the foot to slide under my couch. I also would prefer the model that allows the table top to tilt toward the user (Invacare Bedside Tilt Top Table) but Amazon does not carry this model directly and as a Prime member I try to avoid third-party shipping costs.
Be careful if you slide this table in from the side of your couch. The underside of the bracket is on the sharp side and it can cut into the material of the arm of your couch if it rests on the arm.
great little desk for your laptop or in bed dining needs May 26, 2007
very convenient to use for using your laptop while in bed. Just makes sure you bed is at least a foot off the ground or the desk will be too high for you.
One of the few problems include very difficult to lift the table higher by pressing the "clamp". I wished this desk could swivel from the base. And I wish the table edges could be more protected. My wrists get marked from the steep ridges. Also the tool that is included for installing the base is very weak and easily bent. The bottom bolts have difficulty bolting 100%; however it does not affect the table.
Otherwise, the wheels move really great. Installation is a breeze. (You will need a screwdriver, power one recommended.) Manual is easy to understand. Most of all this desk is great to use by the bed or if you want just roll it toward your table.

Invacare Auto-Touch Overbed Table
Amazon shipped fast and free. Kudos! The product was well packaged. The assembly instructions were good. Assembly was simple and quick. The product seems sturdy, with satisfactory welds. Rolls easily. The most important feature of the unit -- the mechanism used to raise and lower the table to the desired height, is poorly made. It will lock the table into place to keep it from going lower on its' own, BUT, it will NOT lock into place to keep the table from rising on its' own. I ended up having to use duct tape to keep the table at the desired height. Fortunately for us, we only need the table at the one height, otherwise it would be a real nuisance should we ever need to change it. The good price and free shipping made it easier to overlook this defect.

It was easy to assemble and worked much better then I expected it to work. It is easy to use and moves very easily on carpeting. For the price, I was pleasantly surprised at it's quality. If I needed another one, I would buy this.
