The shipping is prompt and the product arrives as decribed, although size is a bit smaller than I had expected, but not a big deal since my GF is loving it now.

I thought this would be somewhat bigger as there is a smaller size of this water bottle available. It holds 3 cups of water and measures 6 1/8 inches from fin to fin and 8 inches mouth to tail (where it holds water, not counting the plug part). The top of the bottle where the plug goes is also getting a white residue which I'm not sure what that's from, looks like it's coming from where the plug goes. This is only after a couple uses. But it keeps the water hot and does what a hot water bottle needs to do. I just have the feeling that I should have gone with the standard water bottle instead of the 'cute' one.

I like this hotwater bottle, it is good for the price. The screw is made of plastic which means it could brake soon, if it was made of metal it would last longer.
