 Definitely worth trying November 5, 2008
I was skeptical about the efficacy of this product, and a little worried to read about some users experiencing burning pain (especially with stronger preparations), but osteoarthritis in C3 motivated me to 'try anything'. Now I use Sombra frequently, and find it at least as effective for me as Flexall, and better than Icy Hot. Compared to taking ibuprofen and naproxyn all day this stuff is a great adjunct. The gel is not too greasy and does not mess up the collars on my shirts when I use it on my neck. The sensation is nice and warm, but I have no burning pain as some others described. It is not a miracle, but is quite helpful. For a ten dollar gamble, it was a good bet for me.

 Great heat September 7, 2008
I love this stuff. Great heat and it lasts a long time. It will also re-heat after a few hours if you get active and maybe sweat a little.

This is the only pain relieving gel I have tried that hasn't tried my patience. It soothed my arthritis pain in my neck and lower back. I've just started recommending it to my patients who suffer from nagging, gripping pain.
