I suffer from back pain and arthritis. My cousin told me about Freeze-It and gave me the roll-on gel to try at home. I couldn't believe it. My back and hips after one application felt soooo much better. I got home tonight and decided to buy two two packs. FYI - my cousin informed me that the roll-on is much better than the cream as it really penetrates into the skin.
