I've had this air cleaner for about 3 months now and it is still going strong! The unit has 3 speeds, a steady hum at the highest and the lowest being the most quiet- but I bought it for air cleaning and white noise while I sleep. I highly suggest its purchase, as I am very happy and have not had a problem with it yet.

I have three dogs and they all sleep under my bed so at times my allergies start to kick in even though i vacuum twice a day!! So I purchased the hamilton true air and it has helped me sleep better and breath better. It is a nice size for a bedroom. I am planning on buying another one for my daughter's room. It is a great machine,great price! Filters are very reasonable price too!!

This is a really nice system - especially for the price. I've only had mine for about a month but am already very pleased with it. It fits on our dresser very nicely and does not interfer with us watching TV (we keep it on the low setting). We have not changed the filter yet - but am not worried given the reasonable price for the filters. Great investment!

This product is really nice. The lowest setting is quiet for sleeping. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and can breath easier in the morning thanks to this product.

THIS HAMILTON BEACH WORKS QUITE WELL FOR SMOKERS IF YOU KEEP IT ON A TABLE NEAR WHERE YOU ARE SMOKING IT DRAWS ALL THE SMOKE IN, OTHERWISE IT JUST CIRCULATES THE AIR IN THE ROOM AND IT REALLY NEEDS A SMALL ROOM TO DO ITS JOB.
