I bought this for my boyfriend because he always seemed to have a stuffy nose. I have no idea why, but he couldn't seem to get it to work. This might be a personal problem (Haha), but he was doing it right and everything! His nose might have been a little TOO stuffy.
I don't get pressure in my sinuses and I only have seasonal stuffiness, but I wanted to try this because it looked interesting! It worked for me, but this is how it felt: If you've ever accidentally sucked water up your nose when you're underwater and you get that instant sinus headache in between your eyes, you've used a "neti pot."
Definitely worth a try though: I've heard amazing things from a lot of people who now use it RELIGIOUSLY. (as long as you can get over that terrible drowning feeling!)

I have had severe nasal rhinitis for many years now. I started using this product 2 months ago and have noticed a remarkable difference. No need for nasal steroids or decongestants.I would recommend this product to anyone suffering from nasal rhinitis.

This could be the best invention for fast acting allergy relief I've ever used. I have terrible seasonal allergies and took medications almost daily but it took at least an hour to get any relief. With this little pot I get relief in as little as five minutes. This thing rocks, a little gross at times, but still rocks. I've been telling everyone about it that complain about their allergies.
