This has everything you need in a protein shake and healthy. I use it every time after a workout. Half a cup of water, a TB of Nesquick, and a couple ice cubes into my Magic Bullet(blending machine) and I've got myself a healthy quality protein shake.

Good with water. Better with milk. Great with instant oatmeal. Doesn't work in yogurt. I liked the taste of the same brand Vanilla Ice Cream flavor better, but this one's not too bad.

I am a petite woman in her 20s. I am NOT a body builder. Yet, I enthusiastically recommend this product. If you have not been updated on recent health news, there have been several studies that have revealed that whey protein greatly assists in weight loss. (Just Google this.) While I am unable to give you a scientific analysis on why whey is good, this particular brand is whey is great. I used it everyday last summer and even now before meals. I do feel fuller and more energetic after workouts. As for the taste, even adding water to the mix tastes good! It has a slightly sweet taste, but isn't particularly too sweet. If you are seeking to bulk up or if you are just seeking to lose weight -- get this.

This is a good value for Whey protein. The vanilla flavor does not taste "fake" like many other brands. It blends really well with any kind of fruit or juice to make a protein packed smoothie. I blend it with carrot juice, flax seed and a banana for a more complete meal. The additional discount and free shipping you get when you subscribe make it a real value.

ON's 100% Natural Whey Protien has been a staple in my house for a number of years now. I continue to find it very tasty as a sweet treat at night or as a get me going in the morning shake.
