2 out of 5 stars Omron HR-100C Heart Rate Monitor   August 12, 2008
Doesn't work for me. It isn't an easy product to understand. I don't get much out of the instructions. The heart rate part won't start up for me.

First one of these I've owned and it is a little more than I expected as far as use goes. It does appear to be pretty well made and works very well. I'm please with my purchase and the Amazon experience.

This is a great and inexpensive HR monitor for those who do not need all the bells and whistles of the more expensive ones. Works perfectly and is more accurate then the HR monitor on my $1800 eliptical trainer!

works well. sometimes i have to fidget with the band to get a read .. but overall it is great and does the job. no reason to spend more than $40 on something like this if all you want is a heart rate.

This is a great heart rate monitor! I like that I don't have to slow or stop my workout to check my heart rate. The alarms (I set it at 60% and 85% of max.) are helpful. Using this monitor has helped me keep my workouts at a level that is aerobic (beneficial) rather than too much exertion reaching the anaerobic zone.
