To use this product I simply squeeze it into my glass of orange juice daily and drink it down without even stirring. It's quite tasty and easy, no aftertaste and perfect for people who don't like to take pills.

I've tried lots of omega-3 supplements -- fish oil capsules, flax seeds, etc. -- but this is the only one where I've actually FELT the results. I began taking the supplement for nerve support, and within a few days I felt less tense, had fewer anxieties, and slept much more soundly. Also, I was one of those non-smokers who'd bum a cigarette when I felt tense, but I haven't had that craving since starting coromega -- six months ago! To me, that's miraculous. It does taste great, and there's no fishy after taste or burp, yecch. The packets are very convenient, and the oil doesn't go rancid. Amazon's prices are hard to beat, and if you put this on autoship, you'll always have a supply handy.

My cardiologist has placed me on fish oil for the rest of my life. Regular capsules from the health food stores gave me 'fish burps'. Therefore, my doctor suggested Coromega. While it is more expensive than capsules, Coromega has eliminated my fish burps. My doctor has also identified that it has a higher concentration of EPA & DHA than capsules. I used to buy from an on-line distributor, but I can't get anything from them any more. Now I have switched to buying Coromega from Amazon. The price is lower than my previous supplier. Also I am now on an automatic reorder system, which helps send me the product when I forget to order until I am almost out. I'm glad my old supplier went OOB!

I love the orange flavor. Taking this product for your overall health is so easy. You can take it with yogurt or just squeeze it out of the packet. Takes like an orangesicle ice cream. If you can't stand the fish capsules, try this product. Great for kids, too.

After trying many many fish oil products, this is the only one that I can tolerate. No burping or nausea and I do not continue to taste it for hours. Consumerlabs.com tested this and gave it good ratings with no mercury. It is easy to take and carry. Has stevia which is a natural sweetener that does not raise blood sugar. Highly recommend!
