The Omron HBF-306C is easy to program and takes the difficulty out of calculating BMI. An added feature is that it can be programmed for multiple users.

The device is simple to use and provides consistent measures. But is it accurate? It seems to me that it tend to give rather low readings (good for your ego, but maybe misleading...). Or I am in a better shape than I thought :-)
