Good protein powder March 29, 2008 I can taste a slight vanilla flavor but it is subtle. Great quality protein, no sugar and mixes extremely well and fast.

This stuff is certainly NOT tasteless. It can even cause the gag reflex if a significant amount is added to any one food. Seems to dissolve well. Maybe not the best option for protein supplement.

This is a really great product! So many protein powders are loaded with fat, sugars and artificial sweeteners, but this has none of those -- just good healthy protein. It has very little flavor, and what flavor it does have is pleasant. It mixes well with almost anything. I sprinkle it on my berries or fruit in the morning to add punch to my breakfast and have gotten addicted to the combination. I'm not much of a cook, so I haven't tried baking with it, but I'm sure it would work fine. I've used a lot whey protein powders and this is the best so far. And the Amazon price ain't bad, either.

One of the best quality products for protein additive in cooked foods. Neutral taste a little on the vanilla side but so subtle as to not alter the taste of other ingredients. Great for pancakes, hot cereal, breads and pastries.

Mostly tastless and dissolves very easily in hot or cold food. I use it every day in yogurt for a protein boost.
