I use this is combination with Weight Watchers and have found this has greatly enhanced my weight loss regiment. Taking this pill does not mean you can eat burgers and fries all day and lose weight, but it helps when you eat a decent healthy diet and are finding that the weight will not go away. It also helps to get off your [...] and exercise. This pill isnt a miracle working unless you havea real desire not to lie to yourself and take steps toward losing weight.
With that said, I have lost 10 pounds in a month through using this pill, eating a healthy diet and exercising. Downside: Some bathroom side affects occur if you eat more that 15g of fat in one sitting. Be conscious of what you put in your mouth and you will see results!

Hola...el resultado obtenido por el uso de Alli, es excelente he bajado 10 libras y contando. Lo recomiendo para aquellas personas que quieran bajar de pesos. Este tratamiento no permite que tu cuerpo retenga la grasa, ademas el seguimiento que te dan al inscribirte en la pagina es muy bueno.

Since starting Alli almost a month ago, I've lost 13 pounds. I find myself getting in the good habit of reading labels! So much fat is hidden in our diets, even for those who prepare most of their meals from scratch. I've always watched the portion size but never looked at how much fat I was consuming. I'm eating more vegetables, lean meats and fish, while staying away from gravies, desserts and prepared foods. I have had NONE of the severe treatment effects from taking Alli. I know what this product is supposed to do and from other accounts, it does it well. If severe treatment effects are a concern and commitment to consume less fat is lacking, perhaps this isn't the right choice for some. This product works exactly as it is intended to!

I've been on Alli for one month now and I've dropped 18 pounds. This product is not a 'miracle' cure...you still have to watch what you eat and exercise. However, I've had more luck with Alli than I have with anything else in many years. There are two reasons why people change behavior: in order to get positive results, or to avoid punishment from poor choices. In my case, and in the case of many others I suspect, the positive reinforcement from losing weight wasn't enough to keep me on track. The weight comes of slowly, and I've never been very good at prolonging gratification. So when I saw Alli, I knew it would work for me. If I eat the wrong things, I'm 'punished' by treatment effects. That fact ALONE has kept me on track. Yes I want the pizza, the buffalo wings, the cheeseburgers just as before, but I know if I eat them, I'll be having an accident, likely in public!! That's enough of a deterrant for me. Give Alli a try...it truly is a 'new' way to lose weight. Good luck!

Alli is a good product in that it helps in digesting foods with too much fat in them.... or rather passing them through your system. However, having taken Xenical in the past, Alli is not as strong and is a bit more pricey. Because it is a weaker substance, it is probably safe for anyone to take. No matter what medication a person takes to aid in weight loss, exercise and diet are still a must. There is no magic cure for overeating. Xenical was prescribed by my physician and I did use it for some time. Since moving across country, I have not taken it any more. I do sometimes need a boost to help in losing weight. However, I probably will not purchase Alli again because of the cost.
