I have great news; dropped 2 dress sizes from 18 to 14! And I keep going. Most of the times I ate as I usually do, but did not forget to take Alli with my meal. I never went to the gym. This thing really really works.

This product definitely works if you help it along by watching your diet. I noticed immediately the help it gave because I was at a plateau in my dieting and when I took it, a day later a few pounds finally came off. I recommend this product highly because for people who are slow losers this can mean the difference. I was also amazed that I had virtually no side effects aside other than an extra trip to the bathroom if I ate the wrong foods. It is a phenomenal aid in dieting if you help it along!

The product is great! I am a former user of Xenical; therefore, I was already familiar with the side effects, etc. I would recommend the product to anyone that wants to lose weight in a healthy manner.
My only complaint is with the seller's of these refill bottles. The refills should come with a "registration number," for participation on the "Alli" website, and my product did not. In the future, I will only purchase from those seller's that offer the registration info with the product.
